The breakfast here is fantastic with a variety of delicious options; the location near the main restaurant gives a more authentic taste of Jamaica and the private island experience is amazing.

Great and gorgeous location, it was next to the beach and the main restaurant. In general the staff were amicable and very polite.

The staff was helpful and very very helpful, they showed us what great service is supposed to be like. The food was great, with a wide array of options.

Some people working there were kind of rude.

This is my recent stay at Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay. My partner and I stayed for a week, and our experience was fantastic. The staff truly made our stay memorable, with their friendly and helpful attitude. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and a gorgeous beach. The facilities were great, and we especially loved the fact that our mini bar in the room was restocked daily. it was an amazing experience!

The incredible staff, great security, friendly housekeeping, water sports team, and Latitude bar were exceptional. The beautiful view from the main restaurant, amazing Jerk Shack's food, and clean comfortable rooms made our stay unforgettable.

The location here is great, with easy access to the main restaurant and the beautiful sea, and our room was impressive and just what we were looking for.

The beach was beautiful with crystal clear water and soft sand. The staff was always friendly and eager to help, which made our stay more comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained and there was always something to do, including water sports and entertainment in the evenings. The mini bar was regularly restocked, which was a great convenience.

Some of the staff members were not as polite as we expected, which took away from the positive experience. We had some difficulty with the room, such as flooding and the air conditioning not working properly.

We had a fantastic time on our romantic escape! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and we loved the complementary mini bar and restocked toiletries in our room. The location was perfect, with a stunning beach just steps away and plenty of facilities to keep us entertained. Plus, the complementary canoes were a great touch!

The noise from other guests could be a bit disruptive at times, and we did find that the housekeeping schedule was a bit inconvenient. It would have been nice to have more information about the restaurant options, as we had to do some extra research to find the ones we wanted to try.

Nothing everything was great.

I recently stayed at Sandals Royal Caribbean for a week-long vacation with my partner. The staff at this resort were absolutely incredible, from the friendly concierge ladies to the housekeeping staff who always greeted us with smiles. We also had a great time interacting with the water sports team and Travis, the creator of the off-menu signature drink at the beach bar. The club level concierge and the Latitude bar were highlights of our stay, and the breakfast buffet at the main restaurant offered stunning views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. the luxurious amenities were impressive and exceeded our expectations. the staff was very attentive and always ready to help. We loved the spa and wellness centre with the outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing Jacuzzi. the beach access was fantastic, and the pool with the view was breathtaking. the restaurant and bar were exceptionally good.

We noticed a minor issue - the entertainment was just average, and we expected something more exciting.

The beach was gorgeous and the weather was perfect during new year's. the complementary drinks and snacks on arrival were a nice touch. the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. It was great to have access to water sports equipment.

The customer service was not up to par, some staff members were quite rude and unhelpful. the food was not exceptional and they were very strict about what was included in the all-inclusive package - which was not made clear upon arrival.

We got great value for our money with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The location was beautiful, and the staff treated us incredibly well.

The breakfast selection could have been better.
